Guest Screening and Selection (Optional)

  • Utilize 3rd-Party ID verification to vet and screen potential guests, reducing the risk of property damage and issues.

  • Guest Damage Insurnace with a 72 hour or less claims process. 

  • Require and suggest implementing security measures to protect the property and guests.

  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for potential damages or liabilities for guests and owners. 

  • **Owners are still required to obtain and maintain adequate homeowner’s insurance with a short-term-rental policy provision.
